FLOAT Project Planning PTY (LTD) provides project planning and management services for the built environment.

With over 13 years of experience, we cover a wide range of high quality projects, these include: residential housing, residential apartment blocks, hospitals, shopping centers, large scale projects such as Green Point Stadium, civil engineering works, and other commercial construction works. Our construction experience combined with state-of-the-art planning software provides the client a flexible, dynamic and all-inclusive project planning and management service.

This consulting support base enables the client to manage the project from start to finish. The client will be able to analyze the project performance, track project progress, optimize resource usage, and monitor the following elements: efficiency, costs, quality, contractual key dates and milestones.

We offer valuable experience with regards to the JBCC and NEC contracts and assist in all time related claims.
